Glenn Gulick, Vice President, Business Development

Glenn brings more than 33 years of CPG experience to the TABS Group. He has held positions in sales, training, trade marketing, category management, national accounts, sales and marketing management and executive management primarily focused on the Food, Drug, Mass, Wholesale Club and Specialty channels. Upon completing his formal education at Gettysburg College, Glenn began his career with Johnson & Johnson Baby Products Company where he held several sales, training manager and sales management positions of increasing responsibility in the northeast. After winning several of the top sales recognition awards at J&J, he was recruited away to join Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group (PBG) of New England as business development manager. In Glenn’s 3 years at PBG, he was responsible for sales, marketing, finance, operations, manufacturing and bottler relationships. During his tenure at PBG, Pepsi and Allied brand sales grew 5 times the industry average while delivering profitable growth and reducing operating expenses by 10% per year. After PBG, Glenn joined Playtex Products in 1985 and held numerous positions throughout his 12 year career at Playtex including district manager, national training manager, national accounts manager, wholesale club manager, director of trade marketing and category management and director of national accounts. In 1997, Glenn joined The First Years (TFY) as Vice President of Sales. While at TFY, Glenn had executive level sales and merchandising responsibilities. Utilizing the TABS Group services, TFY was routinely awarded category management roles with key retailers in the U.S. and TFY was recognized for numerous vendor of the year awards under Glenn’s guidance. In September 2004, TFY was acquired by RC2 Corporation where Glenn was Vice President of Sales focused primarily on the largest juvenile and toy retailers in the U.S. and Canada.

Glenn holds a B.A. from Gettysburg College. Glenn and Amy and their 4 children make their home in Southbury, CT where they are active in the local community.
