Dustin brings more than 15 years of finance & accounting experience to the TABS Group. In his career, he has worked primarily in retail-based companies where he held a number of finance and accounting positions. With each position has come a steady increase in business scope and responsibility, in which Dustin has demonstrated excellent performance. Dustin has worked closely with constituents of each business ranging from all levels of corporate staff to Regional Presidents. Dustin has shown a unique ability to grasp the expected mathematical business factors while also understanding the greater implications of complex financial issues as they relate to the overall business. During his 15+ years in business, he has gained a reputation for being an exemplary finance executive and perhaps even more important, Dustin is viewed as a valued team-mate. Of his most valued assets to TABS Group is his impeccable integrity.

Mr. Dupus has also tested his talents in several entrepreneurial enterprises. At present, he regularly consults and participates in the management of a successful internet niche business. That business supplies unique solutions to consumers in the log cabin décor industry. That business has been wildly successful with double digit gains in revenue each year of its 8 year history. This experience has further honed Dustin’s skills as a complete financial executive.

Most recently, Dustin has served as a Finance Executive with Sears Holdings, Inc. At Sears Holdings, Dustin and his team-mates managed all financial matters for the burgeoning In-Home Sales organization in the Southwest region of the country. Dustin received his Bachelors in Business from Phillips University.
